Return Policies – Return window

• All cancellations and changes within an order must be done within 24 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we’re no longer able to cancel or change your order. This is because we work quickly to get your order prepped for production.
• Customers have 14 days to return their order if they change their mind. If you would like to make a return due to our mistake or a faulty product, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out!
• Dirty, furry, or damaged returns are not eligible for a refund. They will be shipped back to you at your expense OR will be donated to a local shelter if not reclaimed within 30 days.
• It can take up to 1-3 days for us to open your return package and inspect the items inside. When the items are deemed to be in new condition, we’ll ship your exchange or issue a refund, and we’ll email you to let you know.
• Once we issue a refund to your credit card company or bank, there could be additional delays in receiving the credit to your account due to your bank’s policies and processes. Please contact your payment provider to find out their timeline for crediting accounts.
• We are not responsible if you enter a wrong address or wrong details on placing your order , so please double check your address at checkout.
